Did you know that 1/2 of all US states, insurance companies,motor vehicles divisions and police accident reports dont supply any info to "Carfax"

Well I dont know your situation but a PPI is the best bet. If its a long distance purchase and the guy is a honest seller, have him take it to a shop of your choice for a PPI. Just my 2cents worth

Carproof is better than carfax, I think their site is www.carproof.ca That VIN doesn't look like a Porsche VIN?
