need shop in vancouver to do brake conversion
anyone know of a good shop in vancouver ( or vicinity)to do a 964 caliper upgrade install on an early car. tried" scan" but their machinist retired.
anyone else? |

thanks jeff, i'm thinking that weissach is doing more for lambos and lotus stuff these days as well with more regular maintance related stuff for porsches.

They have a separate Lambo shop that does that work, and their main shop is dedicated to Porsche and Lotus. They've got a TON of Porsche work going on... way more than the Lotus, if I had to guess, based on the cars on the lifts when I'm down there.
They also just did my high-hp engine rebuild on my 930, and do work on my '79 911 race car. |

hi jeff, need the calipers filled and re-drilled. not sure if the rears (2 or 4 piston units) can be done.

Check out MB Euromotors ... they have a full shop and run a couple of 996 cup racecars. Located at 7th just east of Cambie. They have done some simple stuff for me (oil change / brake flush) and I have been pleased with attitude and work.
