Wanted: Tranny Mount Bold and Washer
Okay, did a really dumb thing. After reinstalling my engine I missed tightening one of my tranny mount bolts - one of two bolts that attach the transmission to the car. And it came off the car.
Does anyone in Canada have a bolt and washer lying around?

It came "off" the car? Did you strip the threads? Will you have to helicoil it?
I found Brofasco the cheapest and best source. When I went for new tranny mounting bolts, they had them in stock, but couldn't find them in the computer, so they gave me them for free...they were about $6 a bolt, otherwise, if I recall correctly... I also found that instead of grinding the end of the bolt, I loosened the mounting bracket at the transmission and then could put the bolts straight in, giving me maximum thread contact. Good luck.

By came off I mean it fell off while I was driving and is lost. Thing is I never would have noticed if I hadn't decided to take the tranny out this spring to have it R&R'd.
