transmission work in Vancouver
Can anyone recommend a shop that is competent and trustworthy in the Vancouver area that can do some work on my 915 transmission?

Some posters on the Canadian forum have sent their trans across the boarder to John Walker.

Try Jakobs ask for Chris. He can rebuild them with his eyes closed.

Wrong side of the country
![]() Truth be I've only rebuilt 901's, no one has let me loose with a 915... yet. I'm turning a 4-speed 901 into a 5 speed with all bits from a 914 901 for my '67 bug project.

Have you tried giving Frank Allers in North Vancouver a call? I don't have his shop number handy, but I'm sure he could help set you on the right road.

Why not do it yourself? What's wrong with it?
