MFS - fresh 3.0 with Webers
Maybe- For- Sale
I'm thinking about selling my 3.0 to finance the 3.2 MFI project. many details here:http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/502996-3-0-dyno-day-pleasant-surprise.html I'll include everything, period. just add 12 volts and gas. engine as spec'd in above thread. comes with - MSD AL-2 headers alum pressure plate and clutch Bursch exhaust engine tin K&N's with hats, not the stacks in the pics, they were just for the dyno run. etc. true plug-n-play. has a little less than 2000 miles on it at this point, no issues, no leaks. would like to sell in Canada due to shipping difficulties to the US. $8000 CAN. drop me a line if you're interested. thanks, Don. Very nice!
I'm looking for a 3.0/3.2 for my 914 conversion, but that's a bit out of my price range and just a tad far away for shipping, even though I'm in Canada. Plus I'm after something a bit more stock, although I do have a nice set of weber40IDA 3C. But winter's here and I have lots of time to look... Cheers

Free bump even though Don is on the fence about selling it.
I almost bought this, it's a good deal.

update.
some interested parties but still available. if no one pulls the trigger by the end of January it'll stay where it is for another season. any later than that and I won't have time to build my 3.2 before driving weather comes. my wife doesn't want me building an engine, rather than digging up the garden. Don just an FYI I'm out for sure, but I'm building almost the same engine with a set of 9.7CR Mahle's I picked up. I've built hundreds of VW aircooled engines so a full rebuild was better for me.
Thanks for your time and anyone one looking this is an excellent deal on a strong 3.0.
