I thought period correct modifications were allowed. Seems a bit off to me.

mods must be stock or dealer installed. a duck is off on my car by 6 years or so. I'm trying to avoid anything that might cause the RCMP to have a second look at my car, as they do the enforcing of the insurance regs. gotta love government insurance.
