JJ, all we need is a dusting of snow on the road and your average driver can't drive worth $hit...you'd think they all immigrated from the tropics last month.

Of course they insist on hogging the passing lane even though they can't get out of their own shadow.

No kidding Alex... Tuesday morning only 35 minutes to get downtown (at 0600). On the way back at 1600, it took 35 minutes to get to the 416/417 split!!!

Unfortunately one has to make things mandatory simply because drivers aren't smart enough to figure it out themselves.

I've been using Nokian Hakkapaliitta winter tires since 1996. Other cars make nice slalom pylons.
