Who makes this bar? Whats difference between the cabrio, & coupe one? Does it bolt through floor, or to seatbelt mount?

Difference betrween the coupe and cabrio (don"t really know?)
Maker unknown . Bolts to the floor with supports.

Sorry,no pics of it mounted in the car. I had it test fitted to my 77" targa before I did the cabrio conversion
