15 x 6 wheels

Hello
I'm looking for a set of 4 15x6" 5 bolt rims to fit a 73 911. Cookies or the classic style. Black spokes.
Thank You
Barry

Hey Barry,

I've got a set of 15x7 fuchs replicas in RSR finish, and a set of 14x5.5 genuine fuchs for sale. The 15x7s fit my 1970 narrow-body perfectly.

cheers

Hi
I have 15 x 7 cookies on it now but I replaced the rear suspension bushings and now my rear tires just rub the outer fenders.
What size/ brand tires do you have? I have 205 x 60 Michelin pilots
Thanks
Barry

Throw some negative camber on it.

Hey Barry,

My car and wheels are all at my storage site now, but I believe I am running 205/55R15 or even 205/50R15. The tires on the replica Fuchs are Fuzion ZRi (2 need replacement) and my new tires are Yokohama S.drive.

They are definitely a smaller than stock diameter tire, but after lowering I like the look, and the smaller diameter gives me a little better gearing around town. Highway RPMs are pretty high, though.

Before the new suspension and negative camber I had a tiny little bit of rubbing on one of the rears, but only with me (220lbs) and my buddy (275lbs) in the car and going over big bumps. My wife and I were not a problem.

cheers,
Ayan

Thanks Ayan
When I bought my car it had 205s 50 on 6" and it was quicker around town but the revs were higher on the highway. The 205 60s will clear on a 6" rim and keep the revs a little lower on the highway.
I'm old now so a little more comfort and a little less........................
