Pre-Purchase Inspection in Ottawa

Hi, I would like to ask for recommendations on a good trustworthy workshop in Ottawa to take a 944 Turbo for a pre-purchase inspection?

As I am in Manitoba and the 944 Turbo for sale is in Ottawa, I need some help to assess the condition of the car.

I would also need to get it shipped from Ottawa to Manitoba - any recommendations on good reliable shipping services?

Thanks!

While I don't use them anymore (do my own stuff), I had mine done at Ottawa Auto Import and they did a good job, ie identified problem that could arise in the near future (paint bubble on one door) and they did not signed the safety paper as the seller opt to have a problem fix at his cousin shop. I was able to witness the all important Compression Test.

As for shipping, for the government Per Diam/Hotel and a Air return ticket, I'll drive it up and promise not it hit the rev limiter...

If you want I could take a look at the car before you invest in the PPI.

I've used SeaRail to transport a Porsche across the country. A little pricy but the car arrived safe and sound (but very dirty).

2nd for AutoImport for the 944.

If you are serious about looking at the car for me before a PPI, I would really appreciate it! How would you like to do it? Should I setup an appointment with the seller or would you rather arrange it yourself?

Thanks!
