'65 912 in Ottawa

Hello Ottawa folks, I'm coming up Friday to have a look at a car. Is anybody familiar with this car? It is a red 65 912 that was advertised on Kijiji a couple of months ago. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Pre-galvanized, not from a desert is probably going to have some internal rot.

My '66 (made in '65) looked pretty decent.

I think I've replaced 1/2 the sheetmetal on the car
