my 49th b.day today. here's what my daughter gave me. some of you will remember her from last year's can-am and other events. her own artwork. words can't express how I felt when I saw it.

thanks guys for all the kind wishes and comments. I was completely blown away. I was going to put it in my den, but she's pretty firm that it was intended for the shop.

both of us were tearing up pretty good when I opened it. she knows the blue car is kind of my baby.

anyway, she's probably just angling for a p-car grad present
