History	An old buddy of mine gave it to me. It had been stored in Florida for several years since he lives in the Bahamas. Got an email from him asking if I felt like talking a ride to Florida. He said of all the people he knew he wanted me to have his BMW, nicked named the Barron. He originally bought the bike in the UK when he was working in the North Sea. Did two tours of Europe on it with his wife and then shipped it to Fla. Was stored and not used. Bike was in excellent condition and didn't need much to get it on the road again. It had about 28,000 miles on it when I picked it up last year.
