Hi,
Just to whine somewhere, I have just had my beautiful 911 1971 cobalt blue rebuilt, this took a full year, last month I had her timing chain, tensioners etc replaced.I don't drink/smoke she's my bad habit. Decided this weekend to take her for a weekend away headed off no destination planned just wherever I found myself would do! Just cruising down toward Sligo and my throttle linkage snapped. I thought I could labour her home with my small black lever but no response. The AA came and red faced brought me and my baby home. Just read some of the solutions on the forums and I wish I was more like the superhuman males who can fix every thing with bottle tops etc. |

Yes it is so good to let it out... I will post pictures when I get her back.. I have given her electric seats new carpets all new rubbers(seals) basically my holiday funds for the next couple of years...I think I am addicted to her.I find myself day dreaming about a stainless steel exhaust.Cheers, Mary
