R50 suspension bushings very dead..

Can anyone help with the list of parts i need (or a kit) to replace all the suspension bushings in a 2005 R50 MINI Cooper - they are really bad and affecting cornering and braking. can supply VIN, this is a RHD unit, with climate, chrono, CVT.
I understand some bushings are available separately or in the metal part- if it cant be done at home with normal tools i need the assembed bushing/part.

Edd China recently did this job on a mate's R50 rally car, along with a bunch of other mods.

There were.... difficulties. Some of the fasteners that thread into the rear arms stripped out, and they had to do a good bit of work to repair. Something like seven episodes to completely go through it.
