Not Running right, No codes
 

Just did a valve job on a R55. Finally worked through all the codes and now have no codes. Car starts great and idles well till it warms up then acts like it has a misfire. When I get on the boost the check engine light comes on but goes back off when I let off the gas. Still no codes. Any ideas???
