Mini R56 Miss fire Cyl 3

I have a 2007 R56 mini One base 1.4 that misfires when warm and runs perfect when cold. I have misfire codes. The cylinder that it misfire is cyl 3. I have tried replacing coil packs, injectors, and spark plugs and tried make it move to a different cylinder and misfire stays in cyl 3.
I have checked compression and all cylinders are good. I have also checked fuel pressure and it is good and stable when cold and warm. I have had the timing chain replaced and new vanos fitted new cam sensors fitted. I have seafoamed and issue remains the same.

I have noticed that when misfire begins when warm if I disconnect either cam sensor and idles smooth again.

Anyone have any ideas on what it can be Please, other than me throwing a match in the car ive ran out
