R56 2010-S - PCV & Valve Cover

Due to recent misfire incidents (Codes p0300, 01, 02, 04), tackling each topic cause to address misfire. One is PCV "series of valves" setup within the top portion of the valve cover (are they dirty ??).

The top plastic cover encompassing the PCV set up is removable, but there is no/are no details i.e. Bentley service manual, You-Tube videos on removing this plastic portion. When attempting to remove, a tremendous amount of resistance (as if to say "do not remove me"), and there is a risk of breaking parts as there is no detail to guide one -

QUESTION: Love/desire to hear from readers concerning any detail on how to remove this almost immovable plastic part. Planning on removing the entire valve cover as a last resort - would provide additional information from the rear side of the engine perspective.

A You-Tube video coming close to removing this cover, BUT the actual removal process IS NOT DISPLAYED !! Obviously, if this part is broken, then one would wait a week until the new valve cover arrives.

Thanks.
