Thanks for the write up. I went in and took the supercharger out without putting the car into service mode and having to recharge the air conditioning.
My mini is a 2005 R53 and the only adaptation for anyone doing a 2005 or later is to remove the top alternator mounting bolt also, the supercharger came right out then. Great write up.
