Unfortunately I don't know much about cars but I would like to ask for an advice. I'm not sure if you can help me. I have had blower replaced recently in the garage Mini Cooper S. Now my air con doesn't work. Is it possible that they have damaged some parts from air con system or it's just bad luck and coincidence. Thank you very much

The two are related system wise, but not in a way one would affect the other. I would assume you have a system leak and it is unrelated.
