Leaking oil and temp -- R56

I have been having some challenges with my Clubman S. I had a leaky gasket forever and finally had it replaced. It seems that there might have been two gaskets involved. Honestly, I don't know. It is leaking a lot of oil and now I am seeing clear liquid on the ground as well. I must also have a stuck thermostat since I get no heat until the car has been running for 15 or more minutes. The dealer near me is terrible so I have been mostly going to independent shops. I have just under 70K miles on it since I have a short commute. The car runs pretty well despite having so many issues.

I'll have to take it is very soon, but I could use some suggestions as what is going on. Liquids other than oil concern me a lot.
