Hey nick, yet another follow up question. Your last reply to my question was could be the esentric shaft sensor. I just replaced that as well. Unfortunately no change. Car will start, idle will fluctuate then smooth out. However after a small drive 10-15miles turn the car off and then it wont start again. Just cranks, acts like it wants to fire... just wont start. Could it be the actual esentric shaft? From what Ive read its rare, but the car does have 171k on it. Vavletronic motor, vanos, PCV system, cam shaft sensor, esentric shaft sensor, and spark plugs all replaced. Less then 500 miles ago. Im at a loss with this car. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it can. if there is a fault for shaft position.
I would start from scratch here. When trying to start engine, check spark, fuel injector pulse and fuel pressure, volume, quality and engine compression. - Nick |
