For Sale: 1966 VW Beetle Sedan

really hate to do this but it's time for me to let my 1966 VW Bug go after buying my '71 911T. I've had the car eight years and have done alot of work to it during this time but I now have four cars in the driveway and it's not practical with my current job moving me every 2 to 3 years. It's got ~87,000 original miles and was bought from a friend of the original owner at 58,000 miles. It was repainted once in it's original color of L87 Pearl White and still has it's factory door panels and headliner. I've done a few modifications to it (all of which are easily reversable ie: no cutting or welding done) including a lowered front end with paint detailed Flat-4 Fuchs, 12V conversion (done right) and coco floor mats to name a few. Mechanically, I've had the original engine rebuilt (1641cc now), original carb, fuel pump and distributor rebuilt and a transmission rebuild about 16 months ago. All the parts the came off of it are in storage and are also available like orignal cardboard glove box, drum brakes and original steering wheel. Overall its a really honest car needing minimal body work and paint to make it really nice. Below is a link to the ad on thesamba.com with more pictures and details:
