Weber 46IDA 3C1 & Bounty Hunter Dune Buggy
I have decided to sell my Bounty Hunter. I bought it from a person in CA, so it has some kind of CA numbers already attached to it. It does start, but the webers (46 IDA 3C1s) need work. It has a 140hp Corvair engine, and a 4 speed. I just recently bought a hard top,as I was going to cut the roll bar out, and put it on, but that will not happen. The 140 HP heads and adapters for the webers are not really cheap either. I have thought about parting out the buggy, but wanted to give someone a chance at the whole thing. I am asking $8400.00.

I might be interested in the engine, is it reversed rotation? Where are you located?

I don't think the engine is reverse rotation, I think when they put the engines in buggies, they reverse the pinion gear. Would you be interested in the complete corvair engine, or without the webers. I am located in FL

Could it be a Covair trans or is it a VW swing Axel? I was more interested in a reverse rotation but I still have an interest. Pm me some pictures and what your thinking about on price

The buggy hasn't sold, so I am parting out the buggy
I am selling the Webers. I am asking $5700.00 for the pair, and the K&N air cleaners plus shipping. I will post better pics of the webers later today, on a separate ad, but just thought I would throw them out there right now Mike 321 259 2683 |
