OT Mini Cooper

I know that there are people here that like the Mini Cooper. I had the pleasure of driving this little car today. First impressions are good, Car handles extremelly well with little body roll.

I think I am gonna get the MCS after I sell my "S". I has very good reviews. ALSO,.... it is sharp!!!

That is a cool car! Perfect BRG color (colour!) too!

One of my neighbors has a yellow mini and usually leaves for work around the same time I do. Everytime I see it I smile...I still think it's because of the head lights. :)

The Mini Cooper is a nice little car built by BWN. The car has many features, just like the expensive cars on the market.

It was fun to drive it for a while, and I would consider it for my girlfriend to drive around. There just isnt enough room for me, with all my tools for my job.

I believe that it is a sort of a yuppy car, just like the VW Beattle.

That car is cheap!!!! I went to go and see one face to face,... alot of plastic!!! It's not even sturdy plastic,... reminds me of the plastic they use for Super Soakers!!! The door handles are made of this plastic,... when I went to close the door I could feel the plastic bend a bit. I could crush it with my hand!!! The windshield is thin as hell!!! The sunroof,... someone told me not to get the sunroof because it is REALLY loud when open. Just by looking at the sunroof while it was open,... i understood. The leather seats suck!!! The leather is on the seat all loose. Looks sloppy. The cloth seats are nice. They are nice and tight. The back seats are nice to,... they are deep and far back. Who ever sits back there is just gonna sit, their gonna lounge:D The trunk just enough space to stick two 12's back there but then thats all I would really want back there. The outside of the car is very pleasant looking. I am not getting that car. I am going to try and convince my mother not to throw me out for buying a 951:D Wish me luck:(

Minis are de rigeur. They're really great little cars. The ratio here seems to be 50-50 N/A to S/C'd.

Personally, I'd wait 'til they come out with a 200+ hp AWD beast. Maybe I'd throw down for that.

I though about getting a Mini, but then think of the 944/951/968 you could get for the +$20K they are getting for the MCS!!!!

And again... there is a Mini section on this BBS why won't anyone use it?
