More annoying pop up ads
 

Occasionally I’ll get a screen obliterating pop up on my iPad along the lines of “Amazon customer! Want a $1000 ...” i have not found a way to get rid of it short of shutting the iPad down and restarting it. Any idea where it’s coming from? Any easy way to turn it off?

I see this occasionally on my phone while surfing eBay Motors.
