If you do chose to reheat pizza, do it in a covered skillet. Don’t nuke it in a microwave, it makes the crust soggy.

I think spaghetti reheated (in a pan) is better than the original. Maybe even better the third time around.

Cold pizza the next day is great.

I eat cold leftovers all the time.

Peppers that are hot enough to make most people cry!

And my handsome husband.

Fresh out of the ocean Uni. Had some on the pier and was mind blowing. That and a medium cooked top line porterhouse. Settle for fried chicken and mac n cheese.

Hard cookies like Oreos, Ginger snaps, vanilla waffers, graham crackers...Put them under a cake cover with a small glass of water and let them get soften for a day.

The best is to make home made chocolate icing, use it to make graham cracker and chocolate icing sandwich cookies. Then put under a cake cover (without water). The graham crackers get soft from the water in the icing and the icing gets harder. Fantastic!

Grandma used to give me hot dogs from the freezer, with a slice of bread to hold them so your fingers don't get cold, meat popsicle.

Sammuch with next day cold steak sliced thin and mayo.

Omelet filled with leftovers and cheese.

Yep...yes to both, next day pizza, and spaghetti!

EDIT: got to add leftover chili to that list!

One of my high school buddies loved frozen pizza right from the freezer and ate it. He called it a pizza popsicle. He would freeze any leftover pizza he had and that way none of his roommates at college would eat it. He got to where he loved it that way.

I just took his word on that. I have never tried it. Saw him eat several pieces of frozen pizza however

Leftover meatloaf... thick sliced on sourdough toast, slathered with mayo and sliced Kosher dills.

I really love next day lasagna too, cold or hot. Sometimes it seems better the next day.

Any pasta dish is better after a night (or more) in the fridge.

Cold BBQ ribs, next day or 2 after cooking them, they have the best flavor by then.

JackDidley 09-21-2018 06:00 PM

Taquitos. Crunchy taco flavored. MMMMMMMMMM good.
