The Shaggy Dog
My brother and I both were inspired by this movie, and we both knew one day we'd have hot rods like this. Sent us down a path of no return, so to speak. We became car nuts right at this time/this movie.

I caught the "car bug" from my Dad early on but since he was the Director of Operations at Lions Drag Strip I got a really bad case of it!
Hot Rod oil and gas were in the blood line. ![]() One of my rods.....

No, Mickey was the Manager and my Dad was Director of Operations.
I have all the books on building the track, estimates for laying the asphalt and grandstands etc.
