My whole life, and I mean since elementary school, people have said I look like various kung fu actors. I have never understood why they say that, other than perhaps I look super intense and maybe I've done some stuff that cause a comparison or whatever.

My parents. It's uncanny.

I look like a famous black guy with a shaved head, glasses and a goatee. Rarely a week goes by when someone doesn't ask me if I've heard of [blank] because I look just like him. I think the last one was Van Jones on CNN, and before that a host of ESPN whose name I can't recall.

Closer to home, there's a guy about 20 years younger than me at work and people refuse to believe we aren't related. The prevailing theory is that we simply don't know the connection. This is a small town, and I've got about 70 relatives here - we're probably a good percentage of the black population when you consider how few there are. We'd know if we were related.
