Grand Tour season 3

A solid first episode, entertaining, interesting, fun. Based on the montage, looking forward to the next 12 weeks.

I agree 100%. I enjoyed episode #1 a lot. The Detroit theme was great.

I knew Detroit was in decay, but I was shocked at the depth of it! Captain Slow can't do donuts! lol Loved the Detroit muscle.

Why can't they do more than 12 or 13 episodes for an entire season?

Sadly, this is the last season. I think the contract was for 36 episodes over 3 years.

My son and I really enjoyed episode 1. A bit surprising the Demon beat the Camaro being short 160 hp to the Camaro.

I think the Camaro had a hard time hooking up. That thing is a beast.

What did he say 3 MPG?

Yep... 3 mpg and yeah that thing is a beast. But if what he was saying is true about suspension and brakes, it's a fun straight line car but that's it. And if it can't hookup, it's not even a good straight line car.

May did admit that the traction control was beyond his retention ability at the moment, so maybe if TC was properly activated it might have been better? He had plenty of time to study the sequence while Hammond was converting the Demon

Season 4 has already been confirmed...

Watched it last night. Excellent. I downloaded the accompanying game on the kids Xbox as well, just haven’t had a chance to play it.

I have to think he had the traction control engaged for the race with the Demon. I know he didn't during the race with the Mustang. I guess they never touched on whether he had it on or not. I think I remember Hammond setting the Demon to launch mode or something along those lines.

Sorry if we're ruining the episode for anyone btw!

Enjoyed it as always. If nothing else it’s incredible car porn. Did anyone else watch it and think, “yeah I could drive a Mustang?”

I like the new Mustang. The Super Snake is a thing of beauty. They must not have had the Super Snake to run against the Demon and Exorcist. Dont get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the RTR but the Super Snake would seem more in line with the competition in the episode.

I’ve been thinking that a fair bit more than I care to admit lately. A new GT350 passed me the other day, and stirred some dirty dirty thoughts...

Forgive me father, for I have sinned.

Let down. Seemed to me to be far to scripted, set up, fake and canned. I am enjoying it less.

Their antics are predictable.
