Fresh Ground Ginger Tea
 

Visiting one of my clients.

Hotel was supposed to have hot breakfast but didn't so I grab a coupla few Activia yogurts before heading into the office.

I get there and one of the guys who knows I like Almonds gives me a bag and because I lack self control I eat enough to constipate an elephant.

I DO NOT recommend that combination unless extreme debilitating intestinal distress is something you enjoy.

Same guy who gave me the Almonds goes to the store, buys some fresh Ginger, shaves it up and boils me a big cup of tea.

30 minutes later, I feel 100 percent.

Going to have to make sure we always keep fresh ginger in the house cause damn that shyte worked.

Shaved ginger tea. has a better ring to it.

My wife makes us ginger tea with some honey when either of us are under the weather.

Ginger tea is my gf's go to answer to any stomach issue.

I stir fresh ginger into chamomile tea for GI issues.
