I whipped up this stump grinder with an old pressure washer dolly and 10" saw blades. Works pretty good obviously best on small rotten stumps but it does the job.

I've never seen a small grinder like that but I could sure use one. I have a couple of stumps that I cut flush with the ground but the area is difficult to get a rented grinder to the spot. This gives me hope :)
