Have you cheated on your P-car?

Well I got a guest invite to drive a 2020 Huracan EVO so I took the wife (we both got a car to drive), and all I can say is wow!

In sport mode it’s like an F1 car (didn’t want to try race on the backroads). The interior, performance and looks were unreal; just like the price.

I really liked it (VP price aside), drove home in the PTT and felt like I cheated :)

Next one I want to try is the 458 (one of my favourite looking cars), and I will assume the tranny is just as fun.

Anyone else?

Owned a Ferrari at the same time as my Porsches...yes, felt dirty about it, but it was a ton of fun

Not really. Two cars. The 911 for dates, the other car for groceries. No jealousy.

But of all the fun cars.... I see the Porsche’s are what you’ve kept. ;)

Looks like fun. https://www.automobilemag.com/news/2020-lamborghini-huracan-evo-drive-review-norway/

I have only cheated with a ‘65 VW. I do keep going back, so that should be present tense. :o
I did flirt briefly with a BMW but it was only a fling. My head was turned by functioning AC and heated seats.
But I know true love requires sacrifice of things like comfort, and gettin a rough pounding on a high speed bad back road is love returned. It’s all worth it to smell the sweet perfume of hot oil wafting through the heater vents and the gentle ticking of her engine as it cools after a hard romp.

Since it is German engineered and not all Italian it would be interesting to see if the maintenance of a Lambo is anything as expensive as a Ferrari. I have driven other Porsches, and my wife's car is a Macan. Even though my name is on the title to the Macan, I still think of it as my wife's car. It is much like driving a 911, for normal traffic. It is not a track car for sure.

agreed that the 458 is one of the most gorgeous modern cars.

The 930 and I are in an open relationship, though I don't get as many opportunities to whore around as I would like.

Drove my daughters Mini Cooper S.
Happy to get back in my 993, but nice college car, if I was younger!!

I brought home my 2nd Pcar unannounced .

"How can you have a Car Collection with only one 911 dear?"

now it's the choice between the cayman or C4S, I think they're jealous of each other.

PICK ME PICK ME today for a drive.........

GH85Carrera 08-13-2019 01:23 PM

My 911 knows I might drive other cars, but I ALWAYS come back to my 911 and fall in love again.

Cars don’t care!

She's been cheating on me with a chevy... bleh

One of these days I might shoe horn a diesel into her. Then she'll definitely be a dirty *****

Bill Douglas 08-13-2019 11:36 PM

My (ex) Corolla got rear ended by a traffic light pole.

Now that's cheating.

pictures or it didn't happen...

It was three Corollas ago, so no pic's.

An ex, lets just call her Lisa for the sake of the conversation, thought she knew everything. Including driving. She ran a light that had just turned red, and claimed the other car took off early, it clipped her and she went backwards into the pole in the traffic island. No money from her of course - she was a student. And the car couldn't be fixed.

Actually... Another Corolla got rear ended too. This time it was parked. Off street at the time and in the middle of the night.. A drunk teen driver was doing drifties in the sand on the street that had be deposited there by a storm. Again no money and beyond repair.
