You're comparing USA car price with Aussie car price. We have it good tax & fee wise compared to the poor folks down under.

Peter, if you want it, do it. I would advise proceeding carefully with the massive torque and power though. I'm sure you have the maturity to handle it, but there will be quite a learning curve.

I was collecting a car from a panel shop recently. There was a Mustang on the floor. It had had a minor tap to the large rear large quarter panel. Full roof off (glue in roof) repair. The shop owner spent some time expaining and showing me why he thought the Mustang was a cheaply made POS.

They do sound good though.

Paul we get all the Roush mods from Ford here in NZ RHD Mustangs as well. The non response is IMO due to the yawn factor of the vehicle. Not saying it’s boring, but basically Ford AU has enlisted a local tuner to slap a supercharger on a brightly painted new car. It’s no GT 500 or better yet GT350 (my preference). Yes, you left the Church a long time ago via Istanbul. But you still keep turning up here at Pelican every Sunday.
