I am pretty sure, that she may have done the transfer before the divorce was initiated . I am guessing that changes the game somehow . But not sure .
Im not really looking for another air cooled, but would be a fool to pass it up if it were to happen .
Thanks , what a mess . Really nice clean Carrera Targa ,( at least last time I saw it ) but has been hiding in a leaky barn for 2 years. The mice have been in it and the brakes are locked up from sitting . Probably needs some good attention .

Yuk, sounds like a toilet. He has had it in a fk'ing barn for 2 years in PA.? Is it his barn? Not much of a hiding place.

I can't imagine that dry storage is that expensive in rural PA, for chrissakes.

Unless there is another layer to this, the car is part of a divorce settlement: That is all that matters.

Ownership means nothing in a divorce. I recommend no one gets one and has to find out why. Hug your wife and do the math, you'll be glad you did.

Divorce is, and I will be in court with a friend of mine on Monday acting on his behalf (five plus million liquid at stake, grown kids, lots of property), extortion.

Ugh. Good luck to him.

I remember a legal firm advertisement billboard in the 80's in Houston that showed the well dressed torso of a lady dripping in diamonds and the tag line was "When half isn't enough".

The courts make a guy wonder what the incentive is for a wife to not behave badly. Even if they seem happy at a certain age they seem to be able to look back on marriage and raising kids as an interesting experience, but want to move on and try something new for the next phase of life.
