After four long, sometime tough years, my son left this morning
for his last day of high school.
 Here he is with his aid. They had free dress this week, it is usually a uniform school. You can't see his voice synthesizer because it travels in a separate bag but he can not speak and has to use it for communication. He got into several Universities and will be moving out of the house in the fall to attend Cal State Northridge. He is going to be living in the Freshman dorms and studying to be an Environmental Biologist. I have never been prouder of anyone or anything in my entire life. Congratulations on the graduation, he must be a hard worker to get the grades needed for all of the offers from different universities. You have every right to be very proud. I hope you both get to enjoy the summer. I am guessing that this fall will be more difficult for you that your son. Hard to let them go.

Congratulations Bryce!! You and your family must be bursting with pride! I think it is easy for some of us to get discouraged with the small obstacles in life and forget about the courage and determination that other people exhibit in their everyday lives.
