I cheat. I put a sachet of this stuff in, and coconut cream.

But I also have a favorite restaurant that is a ten out of ten.

But I can't guarantee the dreams.

Maybe you (fred) need to dream about what I hear about at lunchtime in the office. Then you wouldn't be here complaining about dreaming too much!

Weird. I don't know the queen.

You need to understand this dream via Freudian analysis...

The Queen is symbolic of a Royal Pain in the Ass Back-seat driver.

Worse, since it is a Ford Comet, she is trying to kill you....

I've been having some dreams about old friends, lately. One weird one was my ex was living with me, and one of my other female friends was living with me as well. My girlfriend was nowhere in my dream!

I'm pretty sure you should transcribe some or record it. That way we can review it to know for sure. No HR issue there.

Did you stop drinking or reduce alcohol intake? That can make a big difference in how you sleep. I would count vivid dreams towards "sleeping well", if they don't wake you up into full consciousness during bedtime.

I often dream of looking for a place to pee. Thankfully, I always wake up. Old dogs...we have to stop at every tree.

That's funny...I have those dreams occasionally too. For several years after being discharged from the Army, I had recurring dreams of being back in uniform. It was always the same 'plot'...me trying to convince somebody that this is all a big mistake and I don't belong here 'cause I already did my time. Like in that one, frustration is a key emotion in a lot of my dreams.

My very best dreams are when I 'wake up' from one dream right into another...like I'm dreaming of having a dream. Sometimes these dreams are so lucid, that it takes me a few seconds after waking to realize that they were dreams and not something that might've actually happened.
