Few more pics from my B I L

And the last pic of the MGB or C just appeared on my e-mail. Not sure who owns this sharp little car but it's a beauty. I may have joined a Brit car club a while back and keep getting nice shots like this one.

I never would have guessed that is an MGB.

Judging by the hood, it's a C, not a B

Despite the C looking bonnet its a B, registered in March 72. Cs went out of production in 69.

It is declared to have a 4.5 l engine so its a development of the original Buick derived 3.5l engine fitted to the MGB V8 from 73.

The C had a 3l inline 6.

Looks very mean.

That's why I posted it,

it's a great looking little car. Had a couple of B's myself and many other brit cars, but this one is a Beast.

Is it a Costello B V8 then? But with a later version of the V8, either from a TVR or a Racing Rover?

Could be..... they had a different bonnet tho. And so few were made it seems odd to do such a profound conversion on an original rare car.

Lots of later, larger engine options and all ‘invisible’ so easy and tempting to do.
