My oldest son, Sean, seems perplexed about this situation. After all, he'd just completed his last bit of state-mandated driving training and will be gettin his license soon...what to do?

Had a party at my house last week...things got out of hand, but we did get some, uh, "free" photos afterwards:

i never build the big stuff with my own money :) one shop in particular i was with we had a couple "industry/SPL rcognized" trucks that were amoung the loudest in the world. one is the "boss cannon", it originally had 40 10" woofers and was setup in "limo" configuration, it was fun but we rebuilt it after we finished the armored car for serious SPL. the new setup had 18 15" woofers with 2 amps on each.....total power was around 50,000watts at 16 volts. the armored car was silly, we built it to have the absolutely largest demo vehicle a mfg ever had, it had 60 (yes 5 dozen) 15" woofers, 130 amps......total power was around 100,000 watts at 14 volts, we had a contraption on the front which we ran off of a PTO that had 10 extra alternators on it, we called it the cattle catcher. the "enclosure" was made out of 1.5 mdf and was covered in plated steel. i'll dig around for all my pics later. here are a couple. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads/boss1.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...W1M1396P1C.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...W1M1396P7C.jpg |

the next couple times it went the amps were changed out to 70 instead of the original 130......i haven't seen it in years after we sold it to boss audio. it was a fun truck........30-40hz on a tone generator would knock lights out of the ceiling at the international convention center in toronto :D it was also good for making cute girls' hair go strait up in the air.....literally |

We should do a photo scavenger hunt thing. It works by one person starting it off by requesting a picture of something random ex: a little person (midget) on a bike. Then the next person would post a picture of the little person on the bike, then request something else ex: a really fat cat...and so on. I have seen it on other bulletin boards and its pretty fun.
