Laptop help!
My think pad has decided to not work. I use chrome as my browser. Chrome just sits there like my ex wife. I’ve done a system restore three times.
Any ideas? |
Sorry Joe, if it's anything like your ex wife, the news is not good.
|
thread title should be: "Take my laptop....Please!"
|
See my post about Chrome being slow yesterday. I uninstalled, then re-installed and Chrome is working fine again.
|
Chromona virus?
|
Install Opera instead. While you're at it you may consider ditching Microsoft altogether and installing Linux Mint.

Magic. Works fine now.

Great.
Windows 10 has been doing some weirdly big updates recently, and maybe your laptop just needed to get its mojo back. |
Yesterday it worked
Today it don't effing work Windows is like that |
For us at work since the push to "upgrade" to Win 10 we have laptops that disconnect from the wifi and then won't automatically reconnect. You have to manually connect. Odd.
Also, if I had my druthers, I would not do ANY business with a company that requires IE. Come on people, we are in the 2000's now. |
Windows 7. I think Ill not buy a replacement abd stay with my phone...
