I'm currently taking 10,000 units a day. Next bloodwork will determine if we're getting close.

Guess this turned out to be a good time to do something that could bolster immunity...

Everybody remember vitamin E 30 years ago? Then you also remember fish oil supplements. Both were proven to cause more problems than they corrected.

100,000 IU's of anything sounds like a lot, but nothing exceeds like excess.
