Taking pants off
 

I have a hard enough time taking them off without losing my balance. (unless sitting down)

My daughter did competitive gymnastics for a few years, that girl is incredible. I feel for the people like her who have sacrificed their lives to prepare for the Olympics that won't be happening this year.

That's definitely now how I take mine off. I give her a "10" and will give the judge from Japan a purple nurple for not agreeing with me.

I don't feel too terrible for her.

She has already cemented her legacy as of one of the greatest of all time.

Yeah it's a shame we won't get to see her make her past self look inadequate compared to her today and future self but she's got nothing left to prove.

Right now she's a Goddess and would only be reinforcing what is already obvious, every else are mere mortals.

There was a chick at the gym I'm not sure what she would be like in regards to getting her pants off. But it was very impressive. She did a handstand, no wobbling around, then started doing press ups sorta thing while doing the handstands. Then balances on one hand.

True, but it's not like these people get paid millions, especially the Olympic athletes that you've never heard of. At least the famous ones can get endorsement money. They all basically give up four years of their lives to train, and some of them only get one shot at a medal. The window for being at your athletic peak isn't that big.

People who compete...compete. It's who they are more than anything else, and it's not about proving anything to anyone else (normally). If you don't have that ingrained in you, you can never truly understand.
