I'm not going to watch. You've got to wonder if he was ignored if he'd have escalated or escalated as fast.

Before they ID’d the real pervert they focused on some random loser. They guy killed himself because of the harassment.

No, it's the board software replacing a word with **** in the URL. The link is still there, you just have to spell out the naughty F-word.

I suspect he'd have done it anyway, but I also suspect that all of the attention that the guy got escalated his behavior. It may have taken him longer to get around to people without what I suspect he though was positive reinforcement from the attention.
Yeah, the article that I read included that tidbit. Pretty messed up. I hope the folks that started it lose some sleep over that. Harrassing someone until they commit suicide is not that far removed from killing someone the old fashioned way, whether they were kids being malicious or well intentioned do-gooders.

You also have to realize the guy that committed suicide suffered from manic depression and brought it on himself by posting that he was the killer. Not being flippant here. just saying he was certainly not of sound mind.

Anyway, I thought the show was interesting after watching Mind Hunter.

After reading this thread, just went and watched all three episodes.. It was intriguing. What a sick twisted mind....

I thought it was kinda boring tbh.
