re. first thoughts... It doesn't look like the shadows are consistent with each other and the vertical pitch of the side boards are different.

One of my tenants calls me this afternoon that there is a homeless man laying down next to her apt. I go over and yup, there is a homeless person on his side and looks unconscious. I call 911 and the cops arrive. I told them the tenant in that apt is named Dwayne. Cops ask him his name, and he says it is Dwayne. WTF! He looks homeless as his shorts are down past his knees and he is bareassed. Damn!
