It's not a repost if you quote a recent post. then yer just quoting somebody to reply to it and yer to lazy to contribute.
A repost is something that passed through the thread ages ago, and either you didn't know, or you wanna repost it because was that interesting. Y'all are being difficult just for the sake of it, and you know it. It's RANDOM PICS not Random jibber jabber The jibber jabber is permitted, if the RANDOM PIC is provided a quote with previous pic included is NOT random. we've been good on it for quite a long time, and anytime anybody forgot, we pointed it out, he said sorry bout that and then posted a pic.

So what are we counting as pictures? I wouldn't consider a screencap a picture. Is an emoji a picture, probably not? Would digital art count? Hmm, is that a picture?
I'd like to add a rule to this thread since we can just put a rule in a post and it's then seen as rule of law. Every picture requires the poster to send me 25¢, and if I post a pic, then Stijn sends me $1 per pic. If it has any of the extensions required by the forum software to post as pictures, it is a picture, IMO.
