The Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp, an American 18-cylinder, twin-row, air-cooled radial aircraft engine, boasts a displacement of 2,800 cu in (46 L) and belongs to the enduring Wasp family of engines.
Throughout and post World War II, the R-2800 was extensively utilized in several crucial American aircraft. Throughout the conflict, Pratt & Whitney persistently innovated to enhance the engine, incorporating features like water injection for takeoff in cargo and passenger aircraft and providing emergency power during combat. They powered the P-47

The largest seed in the world! With their rather suggestive shape and impressive weight of about 25kg (55 lbs), the seeds of the double coconut, or coco-de-mer, measure up to half a meter long. This type of palm, Lodoicea maldivica, is the sole species in its family that’s endemic to the islands of Praslin and Curieuse in the Seychelles.

Believe me or not guys but Himalayas are something more than an adventure. "Always expect the unexpected in the Himalayas."
This is what happens when you get stuck in a thunder storm in the Himalayas. It started with a few flakes and with in an hour it made us stuck there and we had to leave our bikes on the road and looked for a shelter. It was so remote that you could hardly fine one, fortunate enough to get a corner in a old hut and later on rescued by Airforce.

That's why the Rio Negro in the Amazon in Brazil is called the Rio Negro.

this is where the Rio Negro (left side) meets the Rio Solimoẽs (from the right) at Manaus in Brazil. The Rio Negro gets its color from the decaying organic matter in the forest essentially turning the river into "forest sun tea". While the Rio Solimoẽs gets its color from sediment that is stirred up and carried in the river.

Besides the fact that the literal translation of "Rio Negro" is "black river" it's also a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackwater_river

The "Rio Solimoẽs" is a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitewater_river_(river_type)
