Sears department stores were early radio pioneers. WLS AM radio station in Chicago was owned and operated by them in the 1920s. Here is a WLS engraved base O1A tube in the original box. It still tests as new. What did WLS stand for? World's Largest Store, of course!

Nah, still got a little life left in it! I'll swap in out on Labor day.
