FL has a "sunshine law". Everything done by the state gov't is public access. Just gotta know where to look. All police reports are open to the public.

"criminal damage to property" Wouldn't it be easier to just mop the floor than go through the process of hauling the guy through the court system.

Some guy did that at Ripley's Aquarium up here a couple of years ago. He jumped in the shark tank butt ass naked. He wasn't hurt. I think alcohol was involved.
