covid has boosted AMZN - at the expense of mall, etc. retail

the future is speeding up....

I spoke to a neighbour who works ar Kraft, he said they made their yearly quota in 6 months....crazy

Yup, one of those stocks I wish I had bought in about January. Along with Clorox, Purel, and every TP company.:)

I have long thought that Amazon is the Standard Oil of the 21st Century. It is a disruptive technology that sets the standard for the modern industry. It seems like it's nosebleed high when seen through 20th Century eyes, but I think it will keep going up until the industry matures.

AMZN hasn't done a whole lot for the past 6 months. Today it's scratching at new highs, previous high set in Sept. Earnings come out after close.

His personal wealth is measured at 200 Billion. And that is after the his divorce when the ex wife got half his money.

He will now follow Bill Gates in giving out $$$ to various charities and causes meaningful to him . Not a bad thing . I read Amazon is worth 1.7 trillion !!! I don't think you will see Bezos picking up cans/bottles on the side of the road for extra money 😁

It just keeps going.
