Whew you had me freaked there for a moment. Visions of bad accident.
Hope breakfast was nice. Yes sir, nice headlights. Not all that many miles for a car of that age, looks good. Cheers Richard |
Holy cow! Flipped right on its side!
My dad used to call it a "monumental moment" when a car turned 100,000. I think we were on a trip out west when his truck turned 100K. We had to stop and take a picture of where we were. That was back in the late 70's early 80's when 100K was a big deal. Happy Anniversary btw! |
Nice headlights.
On the car, as well! |
Happy anniversary!
It is the day I was married to my wife as well. |

Show some class Baz.
Congrats on all counts Plumb! |
Mine might flip the second time this year, if I can get some more seat time in it.
I'm shopping for trucks, and realizing that I am not even concerned with mileage...130k, 150k, 170k...no big deal. The right truck, and that is just starting to break in. |

I respectfully apologize if my lame joke was offensive Justin. Congrats on your anniversary! Cheers Richard |
Judging by the photo of your car and wife, I'd say that you are a very fortunate man! Good taste in all areas. Happy anniversary and mileage milestone. :)

Lol no worries about the comments boys the wife got a good giggle out of them! We are very proud of the standard issue headlights with no desire to do the H4 upgrade!!

I rolled to 100,000 on my 85 911 so long ago I don't remember. I am at 176,000 now. I have driven my 911 in 40 states, and Canada. My goal is to hit all lower 48 states, maybe even 49 with Alaska, but that is just a maybe.
Keep on drive your 911. It always makes me sad to see a G body 911 with 20,000 miles. I can appreciate a super clean car, but the 911 is a car meant to be driven. Drive it, put miles on it. Enjoy it. It is just a car, but the perfect car! I have a little analog book for my El Camino that I record all the events and work done. I bought is with 42,901 miles on October 9th 1991 I turned 100K back on October 20th 1995 I turned 200K on December 22nd 2002 I turned 300K on October 31st 2011 I pulled the worn out 305 a month later and replaced it with a brand new crate engine 350 ($1,700) on November 19th 2011. and I am now at 371,000 miles. I don't drive near as much as before since I now work from home and my commute is 14 steps down the hall to my home office. |
As for the Megan Fox comment...... there’s no comparison http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1596463235.jpg

My NA Miata should roll over 320k at my next track event . . . seems fitting.
